Locating your Fierce Feminine Power
Have you ever struggled to bring your dreams into reality, wondering over and over again… “What is wrong with me?” or “Why can’t I just….?”

I know this feeling SO well. And I’ve also known the opposite.. the feeling that NOTHING can stop me, NOTHING can stand in my way of bringing my dream to reality.
Birth has been my biggest teacher, the gateway through which I have come to understand the source of my feminine power.
My first pregnancy had me in awe of my body and its innate primal wisdom. My body knew just what to do to gestate the life within and I wanted to feel that in my birth. I wanted to experience that fierce feminine power, as I birthed my baby and with him the mother I was meant to become.
My son’s birth was traumatic and yet it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
That contraction on the journey of my life took me so low and so deep that it set the stage for the ecstatic expansion to follow, which is the gift of doing my soul’s work today.
In order to birth again, I had to locate the source of my fierce feminine power. I had to cultivate it and learn to trust it, unwaveringly.
And I did- not once, but twice… blowing my own conception of childbirth out of the water and propelling me to share that with other women.
I’ve had the privilege of doing this work with expectant moms and their practitioners for nearly 10 years and it has become crystal clear that the source of our feminine power inside the birthing room is the same as the source of our feminine power outside the birthing room:

Our bodies are the source of our Fierce Feminine Power.
Our bodies can guide us in birthing our babies AND our dreams into reality.
Often when we are creating, we have preconceived notions of what that “should” look like, what path we “should” take to create our dreams.
Those feelings of “What is wrong with me?” or “Why can’t I just…” emerge when we aren’t conforming to those exterior standards, all those “shoulds”, that are separate and apart from our unique path.
Our culture teaches us that our bodies are not to be trusted.
When were we taught that we hold the truth in our bodies?
Our culture teaches us to look outside for the path to our dreams rather than within.
When were we taught that our truth paves OUR OWN UNIQUE PATH?
This has kept us separate and apart from our fierce feminine power.
It has kept us stuck in the “what’s wrong with me?” story.
It has perpetuated our disappointment in our selves, leaving us wondering, “Why can’t I just…”
My love, I want you to trust that you are perfect just as you are.
I want to support you in locating that fierce feminine power within and using that as your unwavering guide, to birth your babies AND your dreams.
In the following video I share more about this and offer a simple exercise to help you connect to your body and the fierce feminine power that lives within.
